Policy on Manufacturing Defects (15 Days Post-Delivery)

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns only for products with manufacturing defects. Defective products will be exchanged promptly.

Initial Inspection (Within 3 Days of Delivery):

  • If you receive a defective product that has not been used, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • After this 3-day period, exchanges will not be possible, and only repair services will be offered.

Post-Use Inspection (Within 15 Days of Delivery):

  • If a manufacturing defect becomes apparent after use, within 15 days of delivery, we will assess whether the product can be repaired.
  • If repairable, we will arrange for pickup, repair the product, and send it back to you.
  • If the product is not repairable, we will provide a replacement of the exact same product.

Important Notes:

  • Only the exact same product, including the same size, will be sent as a replacement in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Requests for size exchanges or product exchanges will not be accepted under this category.

We make very small quantity of Products at our own manufacturing Unit which undergoes several quality checks before we ship. Rarest of rare chance of any defect.

Wrong Product/size sent by us- If you have received wrong product or size. Connect with us within 24 hours of Delivery. Don't Use the product. Share your Order Number with original product received ( with size tags) along with box opening video .We will exchange the product asap. but after 24 hours or if product is used, This is not applicable.  Before Shipping

If you have placed an order and want to Cancel, The best time is before shipping. Contact us 7338730754 to cancel it. Refund will be issued in 3-7 working days.

After Shipping

You Can refuse to accept the item at the time of Delivery.Contact us 7338730754 For Refund.  Refund will be issued in 3-7 working days After receiving parcel back.. We will initiate refund after we get back the product. We will inspect it then refund will be issued.

Refund-Total amount paid - shipping charges(both ways, we have to bear charges when they send us back too ). 

Wrong Size Order- If you have placed order for wrong size, you can exchange with other appropriate size in case product is unused. Ship the product back to us , share tracking details within 3 days of delivery. After receiving and inspecting the product , we will send the other size. PLEASE NOTE both ways shipping plus price difference in sizes to be paid by CUSTOMER. After 3 days we won't accept exchange request.

OTHERWISE

We dont offer returns/ refunds For Our products because of Hygiene reasons. 

 

Refund Policy for International Orders

We kindly request that you make your purchase only after thoroughly understanding the product details. Our refund policy for international orders is as follows:

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only offered in the case of a manufacturing defect that becomes apparent within 7 days of product use.
  • Refund Scope: Only the value of the product will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Notification Period: You must inform us of any manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.
